Kerala Rail Development Corporation is a joint venture company of the Ministry of Railways for Infrastructure Development of Railways in Kerala and the Government of Kerala with a mission to complete the projects in the country with high standards of safety, comfort, value added services and efficiency by adopting the best technological practices, sound financial strategy and optimum utilisation of resources. The company was incorporated on 3rd January , 2017.
K-Rail undertakes project development works for the state. The main projects are the Silverline Project in which a 529.45 Km Silver Line Corridor connecting Kasargod and Thiruvannathapuram with an operating speed of 200Kmph for reducing the travel time, The Thalassery- Mysore New Broad Gauge Line , The Nanjangud – Nilambur railway line etc.

Minimum Experience
Candidates should belong to Central Govt Group A service in JAG/SG/SAG respectively
For applying for the post of GM candidates should have minimum 16 years of experience in group “A” service working in SAG/ SG
For applying for the post of AGM candidates should have minimum 12 years of experience in group “A” service working in JAG/ SG
For applying for the post of JGM candidates should have minimum 08 years of experience in group “A” service working in JAG/ SS
Preferable Experience
M Tech in Computer Science/ Information Technology
Experience in working with infrastructure related IT Projects
